- 1/3 cup of plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of whole milk
- 8 ounces of ground turkey
- 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of finely grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 cups of your favorite store-bought tomato sauce

Step 1: Prep the Zoodles
- Place the zoodles in a large bowl.
