Instructions

- For Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- For Grill: Set grill to medium heat.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk all honey mustard sauce ingredients until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
Step 3: Prep the Salmon

Cooking Methods:
To Bake in the Oven:

- Carefully open the foil to expose the top of the salmon (watch out for hot steam).
- Switch oven to broil and return the salmon to the oven for 2–3 minutes to lightly brown the top. Keep a close eye on it so the sauce doesn't burn.
To Grill:
- Transfer the foil packet to the preheated grill.
- Cook for 12–14 minutes, or until the salmon is nearly done.
- Gently open the foil to expose the top of the salmon (again, beware of steam).
- Continue grilling uncovered for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked through.
