1

finely chopped fresh parsley
Honey Mustard Sauce Ingredients:

whole grain mustard
1/4
cup
honey
4
cloves
garlic
minced
2
tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
1/4
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt
1/8
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat
For Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
For Grill: Set grill to medium heat.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk all honey mustard sauce ingredients until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
Step 3: Prep the Salmon
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Lightly mist the foil with cooking spray.
Place the salmon fillet in the center of the foil.
Step 4: Add the Sauce
Spoon the honey mustard sauce over the salmon.
Spread evenly across the top to coat thoroughly.
Step 5: Wrap the Salmon
Fold the sides of the foil up and over the salmon to seal into a packet.
If your foil is too small, place another sheet on top and fold the edges together to seal completely.
Cooking Methods:
To Bake in the Oven:
Place the foil packet on the baking sheet and bake for 14–15 minutes, or until the salmon is almost fully cooked.
Carefully open the foil to expose the top of the salmon (watch out for hot steam).
Switch oven to broil and return the salmon to the oven for 2–3 minutes to lightly brown the top. Keep a close eye on it so the sauce doesn't burn.
To Grill:
Transfer the foil packet to the preheated grill.
Cook for 12–14 minutes, or until the salmon is nearly done.
Gently open the foil to expose the top of the salmon (again, beware of steam).
Continue grilling uncovered for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked through.
Step 6: Serve
Remove the salmon from the oven or grill.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
