Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
Place the wings in a large bowl or a resealable marinade bag.
In a separate bowl, combine crushed garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour the marinade mixture over the wings, ensuring they are well coated.
Refrigerate the wings and let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for more flavor.
Step 2: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and place a baking rack over it.
Step 3: Roast the Wings
Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the baking rack in a single layer, ensuring there is space between each wing.
Roast the wings for 25 to 35 minutes, depending on their size, until they are fully cooked and browned.
